During my recent stay in Guatemala City, I had a wonderful experience at a hotel that provided comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of my stay was the owner's exceptional communication prior to my arrival. He ensured that everything was in order and even provided detailed directions to the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offered secure parking within their gated premises, which gave me peace of mind during my trip. The owner also went above and beyond by accommodating my early morning flight and allowing me to depart at 4 am. This level of flexibility truly impressed me.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was in a great location, close to attractions and restaurants. The price was also really affordable.
There were some downsides. The noise level was unbearable, especially during Christmas.
